Went last Thursday to the rolling kitchens in Westerpark Amsterdam which is always held around Ascension day.
Despite the fact that the weather left something to be desired, it was quite busy.
The exhibitors do everything to attract attention as this exhibitor from the Philippines with barbecued specialties had brought a van from Manila.
Here I am waiting for my potato pancakes from the Ukraine (photo Biebkriebels) furthermore I ate a French crepe, Indian vegetarian Samosas and a kind of Coconut cake with the addition of lemongrass with honey. Everything was delicious. Hope I didn't make too many people jealous.
Here is another coffee maker that runs on steam coming from Germany. I think it can also pull a train.
Lovely photos of a nice happening.

You ate so much food! It all sounds delicious.
BeantwoordenVerwijderenFine documentary photos of this festive event. I especially enjoyed seeing you ordering potato pancakes. BTW, my photo today was not out of focus. It you didn't see it clearly, you might try looking at it again. The guy riding one wheel was in sharp focus.
